Forehand Swing to Contact in Tennis
What helped is the forehand topspin was when learned in the left arm (non-racket arm) for a more active use. As a beginner, the left arm, just flop around like a piece of dead meat. Use it to support the implementation, and support the rotation in the shot, then get the left arm of the road on impact. When learning to hit a forehand, it is very important to keep things simple and that’s what we tried to do, like we’ve watch in French Open. Read more
